I need help rebooting a dell.

Hey,
I have this question about totally rebooting my dell.

I did it once before, over a year ago. However, it won't work anymore. ( Basically, I forgot what to do.)

I think it was press F7 while it was starting up or something, if anyone knows for sure, I'd GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks, and also, system restore doesn't work, which fucking blows.

Help me please. =D

 

are you trying to re-install your OS, or get into the Administrator account by entering safe mode...?

rebooting doesn't tell us anything that means that you want to start the computer up and restart it......

 

F8 > Safe mode

I want to restart it so its like it was when I got it. I was just going to email me all important info I have on here in text's.

reset the bios. make sure to bak up all your IMPORTANT FILES and its best to reformat. back to stock lol. i reformat my computer once every 3 months for some reason. lol

 

On the dell logo, press CTRL+F11.

Guess how I found out. (No, it's not because I use a dell)
