Account got bot banned from worker?

Account was being serviced for rc, worker has been on it for almost 2 weeks and it just recieved a 2 day bot ban MODERATE. The management tells me that the worker was vetted and he was not using bot. How can I check this /audit this on my side? runelite log files? anything?

The worker should provide all RuneLite screenshots, if they do you are pretty sure that the worker hasn't botted. Out of experience of running a services Discord it rarely happens that there is false bans by reputable workers who provide all RuneLite screenshots. What would have triggered the ban in this case would be a lot of experience gained together with a switch of ip address (switch of country). This is what Jagex monitors when looking at bans. Provide the reason that your account was hijacked. The best way to protect yourself against these bans is to ask if the worker can play on a VPN that is close to you and from the same country, this will most likely not trigger the detection system of Jagex while ordering services.

They only provide screenshots for half the levels though and the worker wasn't even gaining crazy exp! I've done crazy leveling on my own on the account like 99 agility hand done etc. They say the other half of the screenshots are on a different pc but havent provided yet.

In regards to my account: I sent in a recovery quest to say the account was hijacked/email was hijacked. Once I get that reset I plan to use appeal doing what you said and worker was on a vpn.

 

The account should be unbanned. Yeah that is a good idea for sure. It might be another PC that the worker is working on but then it shouldn't be long before the screenshots are there and they should be there. If the screenshot are not there then it might be worth it to make a scam report on Sythe.

 

Maybe ask if they were using OpenOSRS, i believe there is plugins for like one-click runecrafting. But not too sure honestly.
