Look into Testosterone & Estrogen, why women don't compete with men in sports, muscle tissue, loads more reasons don't get me wrong I love women.

 

Men do produce something though I forgot what it was, I think it is testosterone, I never was good with biology, but it helps gain muscle easier or makes you stronger, I really don't know what I am on about, I just read it from somewhere once.
