Glitch eating in pk'ing

I see many videos with pk'ers eating pies with monk fish and they are instantly full hp. Ok I want you to suggest the way's you glitch pk eat.


What exactly can you eat ....






edit . FUCK MY LIFE I JUST GOT 3 DEFENSE ON MY pure ranger/mage .. hes got 70 mage and 70 range. 43 constituion ;. 45 combat 3 defense now .... what should I do now? edit .

 

They eat 2 things at the same time instead of one.

Combo eating, and the actual glitch eating.

i recommend you keep it at 3 defense... and either make it an init pure or a zerker pure... when training defense ONLY gain xp from quests

 

combo eating =O I usually use sharks and brew, its doesnt heal you to full but the two foods stack together

 

Personally, I would make it 60/99/40 if it's P2P.

 

Yes its F2P .. But why 40 def for P2P??

 

60 atk for dragon, 99 str for well... duh, 40 def for rune. I have had my ass kicked by this for ever.

 

70 range at that combat is insane.

it only works with certain foods.

these used to work::
karambwam/shark
summer pie/shark


i'm pretty sure these work now::
shark/brew
shark/chocolate bomb
shark/pineapple pizza

these work for f2p::
pie/swordfish
anchovy pizza/swordfish

I know for a fact that brew/fish still works, as well as pie or pizza/fish. Not sure about chocolate bombs though.

 

A good way of doing this in a F2P world is with anchovy pizzas + swordfish, unfortunately those pizzas are like 1.8k now >.>

its possible to brew,choco bomb and summer pie at the one time thats 40hp.
