    martial law october 1 2008
    so ive been reading around trying to find out information about whats going on and im dumbfounded.

    i read a definition of the martial law but i dont understand it.

    if someone could clarify what the difference will be from what were doing now and the martial law that would be awesome. also why and how is this being put into effect.

    martial law october 1 2008
    The military will be in control...no one has to vote. If the President invokes it, then we have martial law.
