Keylogger problems need help fast!

Hi i jsut got keylogged..
yes very stupid but i'm coming right to the case...
My anti-virus programs stopped working AVG and spybot search and destory
I can not scan my computer Also if i clicked on a download link on avast or whatever I get a blank page and i'm not able to download it, There's an option of reinstalling my whole pc...

But are there any other suggestions which may solve my problem?

I can give you a download its norton trial but it has a gen were it keeps the 15 day trial period at 15 so its like you own it.

I got AVG workin now :S but it says the file is clean but i'm 95% sure i', getting logged...

It's found countless things on my computer that AVG/Norton/Avast have missed.

boot in safe mode and scan , safe mode only loads up all simple files and .exe to run windows. so that little anoying virus that stopping you from scanning for keyloggers will stop running and alow you to scan your whole comp. give it a try , next bext thing is to just format your hd mate, best way , burn things u want to keep onto a dvd disk or memory stick if u have one. HTH

 

What you just said i do not believe, i doubt a keylogger would do that. If i was to keylog someone i would try be 100% undetectable to get the most information i can, not disable your anti viruses and stuff which then you can identify of you being hacked. Makes no sense, you are not keylogged you probably have a computer error.

The way keyloggers work vary. You can't assume all keyloggers work the same way. Some work like a rootkit by replacing system files with modified versions and are invisible to taskmanager (and many AVs), some just disable everything altogether, and some don't even do anything. The point isn't to find out how it works (at least, for the end-user it isn't) but to remove it.

And how do you know you're being keylogged? What you're experiencing on your computer doesn't necessarily mean you're currently being keylogged, it could just be the after effects of a virus.

Your best bet is to reinstall... You shouldn't ever trust a machine once it has been infected, even if your paid in full antiviruses say otherwise.

Also, scanning in safe mode does not mean you are invulnerable. The explorer.exe (among other processes) that runs in safemode is the same exact one that runs when you aren't, so it doesn't necessarily mean safe mode is exactly "safe."

 

Thanks every one for replying I got my scanner back to work was a pc error indeed...Now it's working scanned my whole computer and still it found nothing i will try your scanner Verts, I'm really fucked guys all my accounts got hacked...every single one of them so i'm getting them back now
But I can scan by monday as i'm at my dad's right now if I still have problems i'll come back to it

I just lost all my rsgp which i was planning to sell and buy a scooter...
well that's not gonna happen

tomorrow i will reinstall my computer and hope it'll all be fixed
but i'm still mad i hundreds of dollars because of this freaking keylogging fool -_-
