    this is my 3rd or 4th skype account that got suspended, is it me or is someone trying to recover my skype acc?

    You will probably need to contact their customers support or give them a call, I had a friend who got banned/locked on every Skype account he made using his computer, but he used his other computer on the same ip and there were no problems. You should contact them about your issue.
