Bought a staking account, changed all info, and the guy recovered it. lost 157m on the account

@beastaran1 claims that he is not the original owner of (one?) of the accounts. When told he'd need to refund the user he responded with the above.

Therefore the money he is owed from the other report here: OsrsServicesAndSales has not paid me for selling my acc will go to @VladimirYugo instead.

I have also issued @beastaran1 with a DNT for failing to inform his customer that he was not the original owner of an account he sold them. He will need to request a pardon for it to be removed.
