Botting on a diffrent ip?

Is there a way i can safely assure the Main accounts of everyone on my IP will not get banned for botting a pure? Im guessing simply botting on a diffrent Ip will do the trick, but how? And is there anything else i can do to assure it?

 

They shouldn't be affected. I've gotten a couple bans on my Ip from doing services. Never had any of my other accounts banned.

 

use a VPN? and I don't think there is a chain reaction of bans, even if an account is caught botting on the same IP as a 138 main. For all they know it could be your nerdy brother who has never turned on a bot in his life

 

Hmm, well it's just that on my IP is a lot of people who play their main accounts, who would kill me if anything happens.

 

If your scared to bot. Don't do it.

I've been risking my 138 and 131. As well as my friends 2200+ total 138.

IP doesn't mean anything. The only way to ensure safety for your main is to not bot on it. If you're caught for botting, no other accounts will necessarily be targeted. There's a post right now on Sythe with a mod saying he had a pure that was banned for modding.... obviously, Jagex doesn't look into all your accs.

 

Okay just making sure because i hear mixed answers on whether they ban additional accounts on that ip aswell, and i really dont want to take that risk if theres alternatives

 

Your only going to affect your other Main accounts if you Consistantly keep Botting and being banned for the same offense. I'm not sure how many times you need to be banned, but Jagex will catch on eventually.

 

They won't ban the other accounts unless you've actually been botting on them as well.

 

So pretty much, as long as i dont bot on my main... and once i get banned 1 or 2 times stop.. then nothing will happen to main?

Exactly what are you botting?

 

a little of everything at first, just to mess around and what not.. but in the long run ill be mainly using rsbot theiver and runecrafter...
