I don't think anyone's botted to 120 dung yet, and that anyone who has would have such low skill levels. Besides, capes are unequipped when you get rolled back now.

Reset seems out of the question. I'm inclined to believe the cheatengine suggestion.

?? Couldn't the level 3 just be leeching/skilling in the dungeons? Why are you all doubting this is impossible?

 

.. he isnt level 3 his dung lvl is 3 so its impossible
to have the 120 cape >.<

 

Definately a private server. Roll-backs half your xp.

 

Its probably an account when they had the XP glitches. You could have easily gotten 120 within a day or two. On any account. If its not that, then he either had a group of Level 130+ on his team, while he skilled for them.

 

Obvious private server, they have 659(the last update) Loading the 660 cache which looks exactly like Real Runescape, and he isn't on the highscores either =/

edit: He's using cheat engine, look when he examines it it's the examine for Avas accumulator and also look how he's not loosing bolts

 

If it was a rollback, how did he examine the cape to get Ava's alerter examination?
