Here is EpicBot's Official Mac Setup Guide, there are a handful of informative videos available inside. Truthfully, I found their guide to be much more helpful than what Powerbot has to offer.

I honestly didn't even know you COULD bot on a mac. Having both mac and pc, I only used my pc for botting.

I have a mac, I've given up botting on my mac. It's honestly too much effort. Unless your run another image (windows) on something like boot camp.

My only complaint with Boot Camp is it forces your Mac to run solely on Windows or Mac, not both. The other shortcoming to Boot Camp is that it requires storage space on your hard drive. A better alternative would be using Parallels Desktop 7 (other programs such as VMWare and Fusion work similar). Any of those three will allow you to run Windows as an OS X application. Great suggestion by Brbfarmrun, although I felt the need to capitalize on it.
