RWT Question

Hey, I was wondering if anyone got delayed banned, I don't think Jagex will be capable of storing so much data for a long period of time from all players.

Anyone RWT'd and got banned years/weeks after?

Or just made foolish mistakes ?

 

I have never been banned for RWT during my tenure, albeit minimal involvement. I've heard plentiful stories of users' being banned for RWT due to a large crack down on Jagex's behalf. I am aware that involvement with Chinese gold sellers leads to a higher risk of ban so that would be an avoidance.

 

All of my rwt bans were instant, right after I traded cash to the gold buyer (chinese gold buyer, that is) from my mule.

 

So what I may or may not yet conclude out of this is, that they probably clear your RWT records after some days/hours/min ?

 

That's even if they collect them in the first place. But we can't really predict nor is it worthy to speculate the way Jagex goes about preventing RWT except that we take precautionary measures to prevent them noticing

 

Ah, does dropping/staking the cash make any difference ?

 

You can still get banned doing either, but staking in particular can be a good cover particularly if you are a high profile player. Unless you are also taking extra careful precautions with VPNs and mules to avoid RWT detection, I wouldn't bother dropping or staking to transfer.

 

Ive only ever been banned once for Rwt and it was because i sold to won gold/bluesky. Ive sold billions on both servers and only encountered one ban. However ive had friends who have sold far less then me and ban chain banned for weeks on end. Once a ip is flagged its over.

 

Gold/bluesky? Man lol hearring stuff like Ip chainbanned is discourging to start goldselling and farming lmao.

 

won gold/ bluesky is the same company/person. They have extremely terrible trading habits. i wouldnt worry though you are not even a blip on the radar for jagex
