If you have a decent cpu, just put them all to the left. It runs the bot and paint a bit faster. Takes more cpu.

    OnTopic:
Contrary to popular belief you can move them all the way to the right if you don't plan to watch the bot.
It'll still run the same but won't use very much CPU (Ghz - Processor not Mb - RAM).

What the sleep timers do is put a sleep on the Reflected side of the client.
The nexus Client is Reflection based, meaning it has to sides to it.
The client side is still running the same speed even when the reflection is on sleep mode, meaning your bot is still doing work even though it doesn't look like it to you.

    BASIC MEANING HERE:
the sleep timers don't affect how your bot runs ingame, they only affect how you see the bot running, and the amount of CPU (Ghz - Processor) you use.
