Bots that only click inventory?

How safe are bots that only click your inventory and the GE bank? like a Wine Drinker or a fletcher or a herblore bot? I don't see it being easy for them to detect that as a bot because its so simple. opinions please?

 

Jagex can detect any modifications done to their client, so as long as you're using a bot client, it is detectable.

 

I want to start using simba because I can use the default RS client+ safer scripts is it hard to learn the simba language?

Although learning systems other than botting for moneymaking such as gambling using staking as well as merchanting are better to expand your net worth if you know what you're doing.
