Stats, Training, and Equiptment for Summoning Tank?

Hey guys,

Just coming back to the game, and am interested in making a Summoning tank, they seem fun, and appear to be decent as well!

I saw a level 40 the other day with something like 60+ def and 81 summoning. Went on to watch him kill some level 109 and take his whip. Quite hilarious.

So, what's the best way to train this kind of account?
What kind of equiptment do you use to pk / stake with it?
What kind of time will these stats take?
Etc.

So, what's the best way to train this kind of account? Botting or lootsharing tbh. You can kill coackroach soldiers for some crimson charms, or once you have higher summoning you can kill stuff like giant rock crabs etc for charms. other then that just find a friend or use your main to lootshare with you at rock lobs

pking just full rune with enchanted helm for scrolls? and staking just the highest defence gear u can wear tbh

a while but you can speed things up by getting peng points weekly, killing bork etc.. just look for a summoning tank guide, theres plenty out there
