Honestly I've always thought drop trading is the best method regardless of whatever game you're on [OSRS / RS3 / RSPS] because it's very hard to trace as well (imo). I've never had issues with drop trading so far, and I've xferred over 30b+ in the past few years doing that method. I haven't done it in a while, but never received a ban for it on my accounts, so I've stuck with it.
Don't drop trade op it'll just end in a shit show with one party claiming they never received the goods. There was a controversial case that happened recently regarding this. There's a stickie someone warning of the risks that or that sythe don't deal with cases involving drop trades. In terms of offloading the rs3 once you start interacting with other stakers you'll be fine.
If i'm not mistaken it might be safer to stake the money rather than trade it over, so definitely prioritize that over trading it over!
