Bot to sell is a scammer (bot-to-sell)

"Bot to sell" scammed me of my runescape account.

Explanation of the trade: We texted, we agreed on me selling my account to him for 40M osrs gp, I gave my details, and in return he ignored my texts and tried to act like he needed time to get the money onto one account to trade me.
How they scammed: They did not hold up their side of the deal.
