China makes 750k accounts a month
They are supposedly banning 9k accounts a minute and will have banned 7.7m accounts by tomorrow night.

There are millions of Runescape players. Maybe Jagex is banning 9k accounts a minute now, but I think they will ban less in the future. Before they announced this 9k bans / min thing, they probably banned less, too.

 

He said that it will be winding down a bit sunday after they've gotten most.

There are really THAT many botting accounts? I knew the number was high but didn't expect all of those.

This is pretty much unbeliavable.
It's pretty impressive, that they are banning 7.7million accounts, however I think some legit players will be banned too by mistake.

 

they pwned jagex. and it took them till know to kill bots.

 

When I showed this to my friend he said: "wow, 9k a minute... that's like the jews during the holocaust."

Not sure whether that's funny or insensitive.

 

OT: couldn't really make up what he was saying in all honesty.
