Just got my second Fish Mask

Hey as the tittle says I just got my second fish mask in SoF LOL and got another rare in the same day (Dragon Ceremonial Cape = shit)

Should I sell it or keep it? I don't know if they're rising in the future

I got one like a month or so ago and I've kept it.. I'd say just bank it and forget about it lol

 

I heard if you do convert to coin, it transfers to like... 9m because they havent updated, did you claim it?

 

I've yet to win a Fish Mask from SoF, wouldn't mind a few free mil I think the mask is hideous though.

Can anyone confirm the 9m gold transfer for the Fish Mask??? I'd love to get the money instead, as said above, the mask is hidious.

The convert to coin option at one point made it 11m, than about a week or so ago it converted to 9m. I got one three days ago and used convert to coin and got 4.5m , they have been selling for 4m so i jumped at the chance. Hover over the convert to coin option if you have not claimed it and it will say how much it will be. If you claimed it your SOL and should sell to the highest offer hopefully <4m. its an ugly POS imo, i doubt it will ever even rise back to its one time high of 10-11. They keep bullshitting about discontinuing it and its a god awful looking thing anyways, itll be years before its worth much.. if they ever follow through and actually discontinue it .

 

Keep it, it'll be worth more in the future.

They will never be discontinued, they will never become a rare.
The price is driven solely by the fact idiots think it will become one of the above.

I use like 20 spins a day (on multiple accounts) and I've never gotten one haha! although I did buy 2 like 2 weeks back for 5m each then they dropped in price -.- But I'll just save them I think as a long term investment. Who knows in 5 years they may be super rare!

They're gonna be discontinued but they definetely won't become rares. At least not soon. Would take ages, there are wayyyyyyyy too many of them ingame.

In other words, I think the price is stable now.

Congratulations, you won probably the ugliest cosmetic item in the entire game! Despite that, I would probably hang on to it personally. It is not really worth that much if you wanted to sell it anyways, and you never know whether or not it could rise sharply in the future.

PS - I literally laugh out loud when I see nubs on the RSOF who wear the fish mask due to it being a semi-valuable item. It looks so nooby :laugh:

 

Yeah it's a good thing you sold it, Jagex is obviously having second thoughts on discontinuing them. I started a brand new range pure just yesterday and had my 3 free spins to start out with and won a fish mask on my very first spin on the new account. I sold it right away because I don't see them going up anytime soon.
