    The email in question looks a bit like this...



    The email address used to send this email is:

    THIS IS NOT A TRUE JAGEX EMAIL ADDRESS


    Btw -> I almost shitted myself when i got this; cos I actually HAVE been RWTing.

    However; Jagex clearly states that all billing/support/offence related notifications will only be submitted to your in-game inbox. Also; through a bit of internet research; it appears that I'm not the only one who has been sent such emails from this very address.

    Just trying to make sure everyone stays safe and happy while cheating the REAL Jagex :)

    I have a theory that it's someone here on sythe; taking our addresses through trade posts and whatnot > <

    I believe they use email programe like spammers so they can pretend to be what ever email they want.

    I just received this email this morning. After logging on a bunch of my accounts (not clicking on the link) I figured it was just another stupid phish.

    Just don't bother with them. If Jagex really wanted to contact you over something they'd do it with their message center.
