Seizure - I Think?

Recently, just on Friday I believe I had a seizure. I'm not 100% sure yet as I have not seen a neurologist to do a brain scan.


But on Friday, I was celebrating my girlfriends birthday and we were laying outside of her house in the tent preparing to watch to meteor shower after she had just woken me up to come out. I laid back with her and began to stair at the sky when suddenly my eyes rolled back, my body stiffened up, and then I started screaming. She then began to tell me that I was freaking out trying to exit out of non-opening in the tent. But I had no memory. All I remember was laying outside, looking at the sky, and then suddenly being inside throwing up. In the process of my "seizure", I remember almost to nearly nothing that happened.


I have never had a "seizure" in my life, or any health problems in this case. So I wonder what is actually wrong with me.

 

Do you do any recreational drugs? Even just weed?

Yes. I have been smoking marijuana for roughly two years now. I was already asked this question, and the doctor didn't seem to be worried about marijuana when I said I smoked it. He asked if I did any other drugs like acid, speed, cocaine, and etc. Serious drugs.

Were you looking at any bright/flashing lights at the time? Sometimes too much stimulation to the eyes, or brain can cause minor seizures.

 

The weed might have been laced. That would explain this reaction.

 

It's possible. However, wouldn't the dealer lose a considerable amount of money but lacing the marijuana with another substance IE: cocaine. Just seems like a waste of money for any dealer to do.

 

maybe its for the best that you stop worrying and wait on the nuerologist before asking questions what it could be and worrying your self more.

 

Dealers lace weed so people smoke it and think "Damn, that shit's strong. I'm gonna start buying from this guy." It's not about initial money gain, more about gaining a customer.

On topic: It doesn't sound like a seizure.. more like some sort of reaction to a drug.

It doesn't sound like a seizure if you were doing more than just convulsing and vomiting. Someone who's seizing usually doesn't make noise or try to escape a tent. It sounds more like a schizophrenic episode, or an intense reaction to any sort of chemical that found its way into your body through drugs/weed/whatever you may have not been aware of...

 

Wrong. That's retarded. You don't realize how much extra money it costs to lace weed. People don't want weed that's laced with hard drugs, so they're only going to lose business. That's just common sense.

 

I'm still waiting for my brain scan to go through. Hopefully, it's nothing too serious. My muscles have been tensed up still.

@Dimethyl - Not necessarily. As it does take a lot of money to lace weed, dealers still do it to form 'definite' customers by forcefully making them addicted. Thus, making profit over time. But yeah, most people don't use that method. It can backfire most of the time.

I disagree. Any dealer who is expecting business, doesn't lie to his customers unless he wants to get robbed or killed. People who are buying weed are expecting just weed and not some completely different drug. As soon as they hit it, they are going to realize that it's obviously laced and most people are going to be upset. Now if it were me and I'm paying the same price for some laced weed then shit, i'd definitely keep coming back for more. Though, that would never happen because no dealer is going to spend extra money to lace his weed, not raise the price, and not tell anyone that it's laced. If a dealer is trying to sell a drug, then they just sell it by itself. It will sell much better considering people will know what they're actually getting. Laced weed is almost nonexistent.

This is actually the only occassion that someone might unintentionally come across some weed that is laced.
