Originally I bought the account from no mercy on June 16, and it got banned for macroing a couple days later, he recovered the account + appealed the ban without telling me since the acc appeared on hiscores again(I had a feeling he recovered it since user/pass was no longer working so I kept an eye on it) i'd like to get my 40m 07 back since he got his account back.

i sold this user an account but i did not recover it, the user claims that the account got banned but then unbanned, so which one is it? if the account is banned you can't login ingame.
Maybe the user got hacked, i would like him to post a virus scan of his computer.

 

I'm saying is it got banned and a few days later it got recovered & unbanned. Is that so hard to understand? Also once the account gets banned you can still login on the RuneScape website to check the offences etc, which I cannot. because the email/pass has been changed..

 

so then you got hacked? i have sold an account before with no issues, so thats why i assume your pc is infected. could you please provide a screenshot of virus scan done by Malwarebytes?

ill try to recover the account for him, dont have too much info on it though, let flax pm me the email he wants the account recovery process sent to.

 

I've kept an eye on the account and someone trained 31 - 41 slayer overnight, i rather have my 40m back tbh, i don't really feel secure on the account anymore, due to the fact that it was hacked within 2 weeks while all my other accounts are fine. No one else knew the user/pass except for you and me.

I thought the account got banned again when I checked hiscores today, but the account changed display names to 'she thot' someone is clearly still playing on the account. No mercy has made no effort to help me..

He's also trying to get more gp out of me:



He also threatened to dox he said something along the lines 'Ooh you got a powerbot account aswell, looking crisp', but he deleted the message. He was probably checking to see if he could find something about me.

 

No response, user can explain himself in a dispute. DNT + Banned.
