Vintage Tag Atempt

Hey guys. Got bored and decided to give the old style a go. Pretty fed up with just doing C4D as most others are I can see. This is my first ever attempt at this, CnC welcome. <3

the blending should be better, the board doesnt really "fit". i feel like it's a nice idea tho.

 

I think the middle is a little too bright. But nevertheless I really like it mate!

This is not a "vintage" composition. Let me break this down. You have a cracked textured background along with some splatter brush effects that are completely irrelevant to the render. Why do I say this? Because it looks to me like you just slapped the render on there without adjusting it in anyway. It doesn't even blend with the background effects. The render does not fit the overall color scheme of the composition therefore it looks out of place. Also, if you look closely you can see that the render is pretty choppy.

Too bright, try adding clipping masks. The concept of this piece, well there is none. Work on the composition of your pieces. Also the text is distracting

I couldve swore i posted on this..

But anyway, needs more blending obviously, it honestly looks very slapped on. The canvas is kinda just floating there, there needs to be a reason its there, a floor most likely..haha, also what seems to be the top layer texture is kind of odd. It took my eyes a few seconds to even realize there was a board. I dont wanna sound rude by saying this because the concept is actually half decent but id say your probably gonna have to start from the ground up to improve this one. The idea was good, just not quite executed properly
