2nd opinions on getting 13 def or keeping 2

I am a pure wondering if getting my defense to 13 is worth it. I currently have 2 defence, 60 attack, 81 str, 71 hp, 74 range, 76 mage, and 17 pray. I currently have d claws, ancients, and all the pure necessities. I have addy gloves and crystal bow too. I was wondering if getting 13 def for rune gloves and black armor is worth it? Thanks

 

black armor is gonna work just as shitty as iron would be with an occasional miss in the middle.

for rune gloves i couldnt tell you for sure i dont think it would really help to much unless you are planning to go to 40, 45, or 70 defence anytime soon.

 

Why 13 def? I would stay 2 def, anyways.

I'd listen to horo. The only major change in Pure performance (defense-wise) is once you hit 20 Defense. 20 Defense brings you the ability to wear Proselyte armor and corrupt PVP armors. I'd say either stay 2 (for the lower CB level) or go 20. But don't stop at 13.

 

Aren't you forgetting a few things? 13 defence can get your account access to korasi, rune gloves, black defender, black gold/trimmed armour, and the full slayer helmet. You could always go for 20 defence if you'd like, all you'll really get is mithril/iniate, mithril defender, mystics, and pvp armours. Proselyte is for 30 defence I'm pretty sure. There's always benefits at different defence levels, you just gotta find them

 

Wow, I am forgetting things.

Korasi and rune gloves are a big plus, but Black armor and slayer helmet don't make much difference overall...

And I meant Initiate, sorry.

 

Just keep it 2, best option.
