Explanation of the trade: Completed numerous CAs for him. We received early chargeback warnings from our payment processor a month or so ago (after payment and service was complete), and when we questioned the customer he said he wouldn't get chargedback - https://i.imgur.com/2vo9Xxv.jpeg

How they scammed: Chargedback. Proof will be in the delete

Other relevant trade screenshots: Sythe are welcome to access all the tickets we have saved for him. We have tried contacting the customer via his Discord but I am blocked. We have also tried contacting him via his clan, (Edit; removed as he’s now been kicked), but were kicked by him almost immediately.

His employer has also been contacted so they are aware of any potential fraud.
