    Border help

    Looks like a thick (maybe 3-5px) stroke with bevels OR inside shadows enabled. Give that a shot.

    Border help

    I more mean just how do I make an outline like that? my bad lol. I can't seem to make that kind of border in general.(pretty newby with adobe borders)

    Border help

    Well apply image on a new layer, then right click the layer and blending options. Click on stroke > inside and change the thickness. Then bevel/emboss ticked and play around.
