USA/Can live works regardless. I've never had a problem.

 

Im canadian, I live in Canada. With a US account. And Canadian codes don't work for me.

This IS true. You've clearly never tried using US Live on a Canadian account or vice versa, you're just trying to get your post count up again.

Any 1 year code will work for you man.

 

I've tryed US 1 months on my UK accounts and some have worked some have not so I guess it's best to buy your region.

 

Xbox Live is region free, Microsoft Points are region specific.

Yeah I'm pretty sure its region free cause I play with a guy from Norway on XBL, but the codes may or may not be different for your region.
