    Firstly, thank you for your cooperation and effort yesterday. However, the late payment (despite an apparent agreement for bi-weekly payment) is alarming and cannot happen again. Additionally, it is concerning that you received customer information in a ticket with multiple people, which puts the accounts of your clients at risk. Therefore, I am issuing a TWC (with a stern warning) against you, which you can appeal in 30 days. Please work on improving these things.

    The good news is that you do not have to send the hoodie. I deem it unnecessary given your cooperation yesterday and the fact that there is no longer a working relationship between you and Dalbert.
