Dalbert presented his calculations and case, which so far remained unchallenged.
You have been online multiple times, you have been bumping your threads in the meantime, you even started a discussion with me about a ruling, but you are not responding to my question about the calculation. From this, I gather that you are not contesting the amount that Dalbert is claiming. Therefore, you owe Dalbert $3,073 (payment of services) plus $233.45 (mule) totaling: $3306.45.

Furthermore, you have an additional obligation to send the hoodie to Dalbert, as evidenced by your previous communication with him. You requested specific personal information and sizes from him, indicating that you would send him the hoodie. The fact that it is a giveaway does not negate your obligation. In fact, in a giveaway, a unilateral obligation arises from one party to another (see reference here). While in the Pepsi case a certain condition had to be met before a legally valid claim could be made (Chelsea had to unblock Pepsi), in your situation the condition was that Dalbert had to be part of a select group, which he was. However, even if a condition had not been met, the enforceability of this obligation is not in question, as it is a "gift", or in your words, "a generous gesture". Put simply, making a promise creates an obligation.
Your defense, in which you indicated that you were physically unable to ship the products, is not valid, given 1. the fact that there were other solutions (a service: having someone else ship it) and 2. the time that has elapsed: I find it implausible that you cannot get ordinary hoodies shipped in months' time.

Therefore, it can be concluded that you are obligated to pay Dalbert:

• $3306.45
• send him the hoodie with the MMO logo, or a hoodie of equal value.

Given that the debt is quite high, I will place a 'Do Not Trade' (DNT) on your account until the debt is repaid.

In addition to the delay that Chaddy has taken to reply this thread, there is also a significant, and noticeable delay on payment, which is about to hit a month in the next couple days.

i've been waiting for almost two months for a payment for myself, where the few pennies i've received before, helped me to pay workers, they're priority, sheet was calced the first week of March, and it was completely paid by March 29th, where i already had new debts with the workers of course, because it was a sheet of three weeks old, in addition to that, add three more weeks without payment. Insane.

Almost two months for a payment of something that is completed, delivered, and well worked.

I'd like like to charge 10.82% compounded into the initial debt.

I'll add the service that were active as well onto the calculations that I'm working on.
I don't see why you should receive more than the original your cut payments for those...?

 

it's gp/btc services, took 60% as the cut of the service, then removed the approximate % pending to complete the order at it's fullest.

 

I would also like to have a third party or unbiased party look into and verify chads calculations, as he has clearly shown by his poor business practices and gaslighting that he will try to screw me over any way he can. AND SPECIFICALLY NOT HIS MANAGERS WHO ARE BIASED

 

Nobody but me will go through calculations. I will do it personally and manually, posted here for every individual to see.

Pay the initial amount requested by OP (the one mentioned in my post). No need to pay higher. No need to take interest rates into considerations (we historically don't do that).

With that being said, i hope we all learn from this experience, i wish you success in your future adventures @BoostedMMO , i suggest you keep calm, relax, and choose the people you work with wisely, not everyone that claims to be your friend, is, but that's something life will teach you by itself.

An apology is still welcome, i've already forgiven you in my heart. But clearly, we can't work together anymore.
