    Yeah before the ticket system, the channels had up to 7 of you: Yourself, Aloni, Dubs, Peaceful, Beard, Iron Baby, Ahmed, Dalbert
    Ticket system applied on Dec 3 after first two hacking happened. Iron Baby, Beard was removed from the tickets.
    Hack stopped during 4th-7th.
    On 7th, you shared my website interface with Iron Baby, didnt tell me it until Dec 11. On Dec 8th, the third hack happened. On Dec 11, more mass hacking happened and I found lots of Hungary IPs which you said belonged to Iron Baby.

    Like honestly, take a look at the picture before you even comment...
    We have a main channel, where you place your orders with all of my trusted staff on it to take it.
    We duplicate the channel, and remove all staff that shouldn't belong there.

    The picture explains that Peaceful took the order as a Manager, and gave it to Dalbert to take care of it.

    Once again, because you keep repeating yourself numerous times, where was I obligated to tell you who has permission to check and who doesn't? You told me only my trusted staff are allowed, are I gave it to my managers that are in different time zones so we cover up the most time.

    You've been harassing my entire team because of your own results. Have you not heard innocent until proven guilty?
    I would appreciate it if you could stop harassing them.

    I'm sorry for the team, I will delete their names when things are sorted, but I have no other choice at this moment. You made me report you on here, AFTER agreeing to pay me back.
    Within the time of using you for just 10 days, 6 of my customers got hacked. I feel more sorry for them. Especially the ironmen, thousands of dollars gone because someone is greedy to steal just 500m.

    If you really cared about your staff, you should keep your word, take responsibility like you said you would, and make things right.

    I don't want to waste more time arguing with you about this. If you are really curious you can ask your customers or whoever.
    We discussed the security measures, we agreed to do it my way. You failed to do it after we had agreed.

    Alright so; Me and RPG have no formal T.O.S agreed upon.

    They approached me via our Discord. We did a few work for them at the start, but it was very slow so they didn't wish to use us at the start. But then they started using us. around November. We first had a channel on our main Discord, with only 1 worker on it. But as I noticed that there was a lot of work, it would be easier to keep track of orders another way. So I invited them to another discord. They mention that we had a channel with 6-8 of my staff, which I can admit that we had. But that channel was only for the quotes of their order. We'd duplicate that channel and remove all staff but the worker and higher-ups such as me and my managers. So at the beginning of December, it was mainly only me and Aloni that would manage the orders and hand them to the right worker. But as mentioned here (no idea why it even was mentioned, most likely manipulating), [​IMG]
    I needed an extra hand to manage orders which I picked my most active staff, and I had them deposit a bigger amount in order to do this. At this point, I've had a ticket tool system set up

    I asked out of curiousity what their Terms of Service are for their customers, so I can understand and match it for e.g if customers log onto the account, if they're allowed etc.

    Their excuse was "they are lazy", but in reality, most of those "hacked" accounts, had the customers log onto the account during a service. But when a customer pays, this is what it says: https://www.sythe.org/posts/64616310/ Yet they mentioned that majority dont follow as they are lazy, so what makes it say that they actually have changed password etc?

    3. Do not log in to your Runescape account until the order is completed. This way, we maximize service speed and minimize the risk of getting your account locked due to concurrent access from multiple locations. But then I found out that one of their T.O.S says do not log onto the account, which most of those "hacks" were already broken. The customer had already broken their own T.O.S, yet they say we are to be held responsible for stolen value which makes no sense.

    Want personal opinions from me? Tell the customers to remove their wealth. It's their responsibility. But oh wait, you don't tell them to remove their wealth, or even ask if they can do it. That's a sign of being lazy.
    I at least take actions if a bank surpasses 250M, by asking the customer to remove most of the wealth. You took actions by not talking to the customer about it. Hence why now we're at that position where we don't know who's responsible.
    All you've said is "You are responsible for your workers actions". How about you take some responsibility? Sitting there pointing fingers at all of my staff like your staff is innocent.
    A password reset would come to prove that only THE WORKER and ME has access, but apparently it would make them nervous that "we're stealing their account" so instead you decide to take actions by having us add authenticator and changing bank pin, and that wouldn't make the customers nervous that you're stealing the account? And on top of that, making the account locked if not banned.

    STOP BEING LAZY! If you weren't lazy, you wouldn't of asked US to add authenticator to YOUR customers. You'd do it yourself.
    You did it once, and that account ended up being hacked yet you want me to be held responsible?

    Did you even inform the customers that we're changing their bank pins, or adding authenticator to their account?
    Or are your customers aware that you're outsourcing?

    Here you say and I quote:

    So what you're telling me is that your local workers can't do 68-75 Attack? Or a few levels of thieving from 42-53 or lower even?

    You also mentioned and I quote:
    "Thank you for caring about my customers. I actually care about the customers too. All the 6 customers were already compensated in full from my own pocket except the two ironman as they are going to be reimbursed with free services.
    For MMO part, it is indeed a bad procedure to share acc details in the channel with 6 of his emloyees, and I was against it. The problem is solved as it's discontinued."
    Could you prove that each individual compensate is true and actually is to the owner of the account?
    Would love to see some evidence of this.

    So what you're telling me is that their bank pin is only available for us? None of your staff had access to it?

    This isn't going to be the ruling either of you really want. But i've been reading over the loads of information you've both sent me and what i've come down in short is this-
    You both went into an agreement that BMMO would complete orders for RPGstash. While you both have your own TOS for customers, either via website(rpgstash), or discord(boostedmmo), you both failed to come up with a baseline agreement between yourselves. Though there is some slight evidence leaning towards one party that may be responsible (BMMO), it's still hard to pin them for the bank loses. Both of you seen flaws in the system and pointed them out to each other. This was your first red flag. Such as rpgstash mentioning that to many people have access to the pws. If you felt this was that big of a risk, you should have came to an all stop and fixed the problem immediately or ceased operations with bmmo. BMMO also saw flaws in the websites TOS, and bank tracking. If this was that big of a problem, you should have also raised the pirate flag and stopped operations until it was fixed. At the end, you both saw problems but decided to keep on pushing through, which is why your here now pleading your cases. I'm not going to say on this report that BMMO is responsible, or RPGstash is responsible for paying "X" billion to 'x' customer. Though each customer may file a report, and I will look at each one. Each of the reports could and will probably have different outcomes depending on the proof provided. Just browsing through some of the logs, I saw were a customer claimed '2bil in bank' but that was just there word, with no proof of value.
