Explanation of the trade:
How they scammed: I had an account that was purchased from levelup. No ToS was ever agreed nor stated. I've had the account for awhile and suddenly a cash stack of mine is gone. None of them are saying it's them, but they're the only ones with access. So he could just scam me and nothing happens? What? Anyways, there was no ToS agreed to and later on my GP is gone shortly after purchasing for 238$. I just want my money back that's all. The owner is responsible for his worker, if he were to do something. If it wasn't the owner, it must be the worker? Unless the worker also has more workers. There was no verbal agreement, no tos, no change your password atm, no this is my tos, nothing. Just paid for the account and got the info. Done. Redfox is a guy who knows the market, he also has a discord server. As a service provider / account seller / gold seller you must understand that the main thing to make a deal is to secure the account; secure the money.
It is true that we did not reach any agreement with that account, but previously we had dealt with accounts under the rules of my server and under the rules of sythe.

 

No ToS was agreed, and there so e.g "we're not responsible after sale" etc etc etc you get the point. They're there to protect themselves and not put to blame. You said you know your worker personally, but yet I feel like he's making zero efforts into hearing from his friend. If it ain't levelup, then it only leaves one person, unless his friend also got workers, but I got told his friend was the worker of the account.
