    Responding to this.

    Here is proof that the person disputing (hattez) was refunded immediately upon receiving the support ticket through our email.

    I refunded the payment before even being banned, but was still banned anyway. I wasn't even aware of the report, because no admin even sent me a message regarding it or contacted me.

    Never even knew this thread existed...so I couldn't respond to it. I find it odd that Sellerman says, "if he doesn't respond within 24 hours then post back" yet he never posted because I did refund him on the 16th, yet I still get banned?

    Please lift the ban.

    EDIT: Discussing this with a global now. Don't refund the RP until a decision is made.

    If you review the Report a Scammer thread, you'll see that Hattez purchased $20 worth of RP and has managed to provide proof of such - http://www.sythe.org/threads/recovered-league-account-boostbros.1977387/

    As he is able to provide proof, you're responsible for that refund as well. He's confirmed the other payments have been refunded.

    Sorry, was my mistake in regards to the PM, boostbros. I just realised I sent the message to someone elese. My apologies.

    IMO, the RP purchase shouldn't be on boostbros to refund. However, I'll let other staff post, and we can see what the general consensus is.

    (Please put my message in to the already existing thread).

    Like I said, he's already been refunded. He was refunded before I was even banned.

    I should not be held accountable for his RP purchase, i'm not affiliated with Riot nor do I hold responsibility for the amount a user chooses to purchase.

    As my warranty states, we either 1) supply a replacement account or 2) refund the user in full for the transaction amount they paid us. Since the user wanted a refund, that's what he got. A full refund for the purchase made.

    I am not in any way shape or form obligated to reimburse him for his purchases made on the account.

    It's ridiculous that I should have even been banned in the first place, and I've been a reputable Sythe user for years. Again, please uplift the ban.

    I agree in that, boostbros isn't liable for RP purchases.
