starting up RS again on a new pure, a few questions.

I used to have a maxed 60 attack pure which I sold to a friend a while back who makes vids on it now with a ton of subscribers I had 99 summoning and overloads and it was pretty boss.

My questions are how do I make money nowadays it has been over a year and a half since I have played. So what are the best methods with little to no stats? I have absolutely no gold except the gold you get from tasks.

And why am I lagging on a gaming rig when I can play games with high end graphics?

Try messing with the custom settings change your stuff to directx, and for the gold money is so bad to make nowawdays , i honestly would just initially by like 50m and maybe flipp/invest/gamble it to the bank you acutally need. Or you'll spend so much uneeded time making cash

 

Yeah you are probably right, I was hoping to not pay any irl cash but I might have too to get started.

 

Honestly just buy 50-100M to get yourself a headstart, i'm loading my RS client now and i'll add you and have a chat.

 

Bots are back with Simba currently working pretty well if you're wanting to go down that path - there's a sticky in the RS2 cheating section. You picked a good time as well with double XP weekend ahead to boost some skills

Either try updating your Java or downloading the new Java 7. I think it's in Beta right now, but would offer significant performance improvements for RS.

But from the sound of it, you don't have lacking hardware. Maybe try the above and then try playing in a different web browser like IE or Chrome? (Assuming you already use Firefox)
