Perm ban not perm?

My friend thinks that perm ban appeals will automatically work if you appeal them after a year OR that the perm bans disappear after a year.

I think the answer is obvious, but he doesn't believe me so please people post what you think

 

Eh, Permanent in the dictionary means: lasting or intended to last or remain unchanged indefinitely.

So Permanent Ban = intended to remain unchanged indefinitely stay banned =\

The account I'm botting on has been perm banned before.

Jagex's perm bans occasionally aren't perm bans, but I wouldn't count on it.

 

Sometimes they unban accounts but almost always the perm bans are there to stay.
