Hex's cheat day thread

Seeing as I'm a chef in all but title, I thought I would make a thread showcasing what I eat on my cheat days, seeing as it's become a bit of a meme recently.
For any fatass recipes or concerns showcased in this thread, please DM @Jason, if he does not reply right away he probably has his phone on mute, spam him until he replies/blocks you.

Home made fried chicken
Heres how you make it:
Crack 3-4 eggs in a bowl.
Make another bowl, add flour and spices. I used the following spices; Garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne.
-Now bath your chicken in the egg mix, make sure the entire thing is coated.
-Now put your chicken in the flour and spices mix, coat the entire thing.
-Repeat the process above 1-2 times, depending on how crisp and how many layers you want.


You don't want to overcook them, slice a piece in half and if everything is white it's done.
Overcooking will make it dry, you don't want that.


This a good snack if you feel like going hard on your entire body. I eat fried chicken maybe once or twice a year.. 6.5/10

Heck yeah looks great... I'd have added some cayenne and buttermilk and bam would be fantastic.

and lots of salt. Look at the nutrition information for the things you enjoy... most people don't realize how the sodium content in them. Richard of Sythe.org approves of salt.

 

I did actually add cayenne! Thanks for reminding me. I did not have buttermilk at my disposal at the time, letting the chicken marinade in buttermilk in the fridge for a couple of hours helps in terms of tenderness and flavour.

Corn stretch in the flour will make it more crispy tbh
