    at first i talked to him and got a good offered 100$ for my rs name and said its a good deal then he asked me to take the name first then he going to pay via westernunion , i changed my name once and gave him the ID and PW of the char to change the name right way and i have no risk of it, then he said the name got snipped and he msged jagex and i should wait 1 month till he pay me back while al really inneed of this money

    now i keep asking him to pay me 50% of price till he get the name back as he said and he just keep saying wait wait, so now am only the one who effected 100%of this trade i gave him the char and he lose the name this not my problem, so please i need him to pay me ASAP or just ban him if he won't pay
