I purchased Squires plug ins, for personal/farm use. It does not allow me to import my jagex account to which I'm told its my fault for having a "low IQ". I paid $55 to get "verified" along with $15 to sub for a monthly fee PLUS another $55 to purchase their skilling bundle. All of which is useless to me without the ability to use my Jagex account. I've been asking for 6 days now to resolve the issue all of which leads to no replies, or closed tickets. I stated I'd like a refund at this point in time, his reply being he will only refund me up to $55. The cost of the bundle.

His reply was its in his TOS they dont refund the "processing fee" cool. Understandable if the product functioned as its intended but apparently now that I want a refund its user error even tho I've sent all they've asked for.

Just to remind you, the $55 verification fee, which covers the cost of processing your entry into our exclusive community, isn't refundable. Since you've already joined and accessed our resources, this fee, which ensures you're welcomed and integrated into our community, was part of our initial agreement and clearly communicated from the beginning. With that in mind, you'll be getting back $15 for the client subscription and $55 for the skilling bundle, making it a total refund of $70.

My position hasn't changed. I've tried several times to help, but it seems you just wanted to argue, eating into my free time. I even suggested using AnyDesk to check things out on your computer, but you refused.

 

You only suggested using Anydesk AFTER I requested a refund, up until then it was closed tickets and ignored messages. I sent you EVERYTHING you asked for in a timely manner.
