bogdan123 getting scammed by Ibz`s for a phat lend

I lent white phat to ibz for $2 i want went, then he payed me, then there was a big fee of 38 cents, which we agrred on was alot. So i told him all refund it, if he pay me again, he said ok, as all show in the picture i took. When i payed him, he told me i dont want phat anymore, take it back, when i lended it out to him got 24 hours.

In the end i refuned money to him, he didn't try paying me again, and was like not paying you, i gave phat back, i lended to him to 24 hours now i got to wait. Think twice before trading with this guy!
Later on he told me all give you rs gp, or train your accunt i was like no way, he probably wanted to take my white.Think twice before trading with this guy!
