Orgiins - Scammer / Account Seller

I am aware this is against the rules. Recently i was pmed by a few of my sythe friends that there was the possibility a user would be selling his account. We discussed this and we negotiated a deal. The user in question is:

Im certain although what i was doing was wrong what he did was twice as wrong and indicated scamming behaviour.
