Explanation of the trade: paid for quests/skilling to be done, and added gp.
How they scammed:I was told per their terms of service make new pin and passcode before service, so I made one specific to them, no one else knows it. I paid 2 weeks ago, services were finished yesterday while I was out of town for business, log in less than 24 hours later to make sure everything’s done, and change passwords and pins and find a wiped bank account. I have 2a set up so anytime a new worker would ask to log in, they’d need the code generated by me. Yesterday I got code requests from a worker so they could complete the last quest. Today when I logged in to find a wiped bank, all sold off on ge costing mills in taxes, I am told I scammed myself, trying to play victim. No new codes have been sent to my email, so nobody other than myself and the 3 workers have access to the account.

They told me they’d refund half my gp, if I showed them my screen time logs from my phone, to which I did, they told me I bought a new phone to take the screen shots, mind you, a new iPhone is 1200$ and we’re talking about 100$ worth of gold, why would I go to the extent of buying a new phone and not buying the gold if those were my intentions. They then banned and blocked me on discord

 

They banned me from the server.. won’t let me access anything. I got the discord from there sythe posts.

 

There’s absolutely no, sensitive info shared in our conversations. Never openly shared pins passwords, cards or anything if that’s what u mean.

 

hi there first i would love to say this guy scammed himself and now asking for his money back what happend was one of our admins working on his account he got the account to a certain point and got irl stuff so we added another worker for him #note that all of those ticket workers are irl friends which trusted before for more than 50b so his way through the whole ticket were rough and no one spoke to him with the same language they all were respecting him the second worker finished his work and there was one last quest remains admin asked one of the supports to it for him and everything updated through dink nothing weird and our admins checked the workers pc's logs they're good asked the customer to hop to his pc he said he never used runelite and don't even know what that was and said i only play from my phone and then he said the day he did get scammed in he didin't touch his phone and earlier he sent screenshots from his phone so i asked him to go to screen time on his iphone to give me the game log if he didin't log the day he got scammed on i will make them share the loss which was (-450m) or in this average he said how do i get that pretending dumb then saying i don't have it turned on which iphone default would be turned on but even the screenshot he sent was from another iphone u can see from ticket that he sent the screenshot from higher iphone versions

also thing i didin't mention he said he never changed info but our admin tried to log before the last guy that doing the quest and he said he don't have access to account (so he ended sessions) that's why our admin asked the support to log and do the quest

then he came 2 days after asking that he got scammed and he didin't get time to change info but got time to leave reviews check the ticket even we have an embed requiring him to change his creds immediately

I never once said I wasn’t on my phone, you guys asked for screen time logs. To which I provided. It was never set up on my phone, so I set it up and sent you what was there. Then you guys accused me of buying a new phone to create said images. That can all be proven

 

Was not two days, it was less than a full day since the completion. And show the passwords and pins shared with your workers if you’re accusing me of changing the password. You cannot change to the same password?

 

Show the mod the passwords I gave your workers. There Al the same. Can’t reuse passwords? Show them the proof

 

Screen shots are the same phone. I can screen record my camera roll with all of the screenshots taken if you’d like and then go into info on which device it was taken on. Quit lying

Correct, and when the last worker signed in for the first time, they requested 3 different codes, I can provide that. So even if they checked his computer, who’s to say it wasn’t logged onto another device.
