Na Shop (TWC) Tried to Scam Me

Hello, I was trying to buy some private gold currency for a server called Dreamscape and had this individual PM me about selling me a smaller amount (worth maybe 75M OSRS). Upon getting him in chat he said that he had 100Q of Dreamscape gold (300M OSRS) and only wanted to sell it altogether. So, I told him I don't have the OSRS for that and he said he can accept any other currency so I offered 210USD but said we would need a middleman and he tried to lie about his TWC saying he is trustworthy with vouches (he isn't btw, I couldn't find any vouch thread). He clearly was trying to take advantage of a newcomer and suggested that now his supplier did not want to do it even though I would pay for the MM. Pictures below. Please don't wait for this individual to actually be successful in a scam.
