please note that he has multiple discords listed on his sythe profile and no where that I could find does he list his UID, this seems like a poor trading practice for someone with '50b+ tRadEd' and can be used in a malicious way should he want to scam people. I'm sure any name trader can confirm that the UID and discord acc that will be listed here is the one associated with his sythe account/trading activities/server/et, and I will include a picture of one of them confirming.

Explanation of the trade:

This report is for a friend of mine who does not use sythe but is active in rs3 community. I will post their statement about the explanation of the trade here.

So he(nem) came to rs3 swapping over a lot of his wealth to try merching and asked for my help, i helped teach him prices/margins and then he asked me to buy a christmas scythe he found for super cheap, they were skyrocketing at the time and like 3.3+ already when he found this offer and asked me if i wanted to buy it for him cause he couldnt at the time and we go in 50% each so he'd split me half the profit, xmas scythe was going for 3.5+ bare minimum on all sales next day and i traded him over the xmas scythe for same amount i paid because i didnt trust him so 3.1B and we agreed to split profits after he sold because he was the one who wanted to sell it, couple days go by i keep asking if hes sold xmas scythe, he just says no every time and eventually blocks me on discord or at least my messages wont go through and so i know at that point he just scammed me and thought i wouldve forgot about it because it'd been like 5-6 days at this point and he basically refused every time saying he didnt sell it, but then he claims he sold it after 2 days and broke even when he knew it was worth at very least 3.5-3.7B and obviously he sold it for somewhere in that range but i dont know when because he was just lying to me the whole time, then he unblockedd and messages me after hearing i was going to file a report just to flame me then block me again before i could respond much because hes a scumbag. How they scammed: They scammed the 50% split of profits and i can guarantee he sold it for at bare minimum 3.5B, i paid 3.1 for it and let him trade 3.1 for it and split profits, so he scammed for at least 200m rs3 possibly 300m rs3 if he sold for 3.7


How they scammed:

while the original price paid for the scythe was returned to the victim, the agreed upon split of the profits on the resale of the item was never paid out. My friend can't confirm what price the sythe was sold at, or even if it was sold at all, because nemesis simply never replied and then blocked him. This means the exact amount scammed can't be confirmed. There was no formal TOS or anything like this just a casual verbal agreement made via discord chats (will be linked). and What pussy ass bitch scams someone for 200m rs3? MonkaS getting DNT/TWC for 12$.


I sent him a friend request on discord to attempt to get his side of the story and perhaps have him pay so a report wasn't needed, instead of adding me, he reported my discord on multiple trading servers trying to claim I was an imposter account and get me banned LUL

the screenshots are a bit all over the place and the agreement and conversation about it is fragmented throughout their other conversations, however please take note to the following statements from nemesis in the pictures:

Yes I removed my discord contact and uid because the person he made this report for is actively harassing me on twitter, making false reports of my sythe/discord account. I did change from "Sexd" to "Nemesis" awhile ago, which I posted on my sythe update panel. This person he made the report for had no luck ragging me on twitter, in discords, so he has taken to sythe.

"Sir" claims I owe him 200m from potential profits on a "Christmas Scythe" sale on RS3.

This is what happend:
I was at work. I found someone selling a scythe for 3.1b through an open market discord. I told him to go grab it for me. When I got home from work I bought it from him for what he payed, 3.1b. I said If i sell it for profits we can split, since he went out of his way to meet my supplier. I held it for a few days since I noticed a big merchant buying them out. He protested we sell for even less profits then he is claiming. Either way the evaluation on how I owe you 200M completely baffles me. After a week on RS3 (I'm an 07 player) I wanted to swap back over and be done. I sold the scythe for what I payed, I even offered him my last rare. A black santa hat for 19.5b, which everyone knows is low as they are 20b+

I'm frankly in shock someone in your position would try to use their power like this spacegems. I had posted your uid in an imposter watch channel in Alex Trading Discord, and asked if it was the real you. That is simply it. Anything further is a blatant lie. I was muted/kicked from that section of the discord and the general chat by Achilles. Who is the purveyor of all of the RSNs "Sir" owns. The time you three spent on this puts me in awe. It's a blatant slander attempt.
I did not block "Sir" but I simply put my discord on friends only, and took down my contact info on sythe because of the incessant harassment I've been receiving online this past week.

As for the conversation you posted without context, People speak different ways all over the world. The terminology I was using is not only used between friends, but quite clearly used in a joking/endearing way.

Okay i'm going to go ahead and take the claims that nemesis makes in this reply and reply to them as relevant, I will use cutouts from the previously posted screenshots and I will post them again here for ease of access:

the first claim is that nemesis purchased the sythe himself from the victim, and that the victim only picked up the sythe and then resold it at it's cost to nemesis, for nemesis to then sell it again. Passing on profits IF there were some made by nemesis selling it. I believe this is completely false and deceptive because of the language nemesis uses when talking about the agreement.

notice that if nemesis had been under the impression that he was 'buying it from' 'sir' and reselling it, he would speak about himself selling it. example: 'I haven't sold it yet', 'I will let you know once I sell it'

The two things that are relevant from this collection of picture croppings ( You can find the full context of any of them in the above photos).

1. Nemesis and sir both refer to selling the scythe together on multiple occasions throughout the conversation. " sir: 'pay me the split later when WE sell it' nemesis: 'Yh man" "nemsis: 'long as we both agree on what we sell for'" "nemesis: 'lol ima wait fag we gona sell it togethet (together) Relax'"

2. Sir describes his attempts at selling the scythe before it transfers possession to nemesis " sir: 'im trying to get 3.3 out of her we'll see'"

both of these facts are clearly supported by the conversation and clearly demonstrate that nemesis was NOT selling the scythe himself, nor was he or sir under the impression he had 'purchased' the scythe from SIR to do what he wanted with it at his discretion.

this portion of nemesis' reply claims that there is no payment owed to sir because he sold the scythe at cost (3.1B) and so there was no profit gain. If this was the case, then there is in fact no debt owed; However, nemesis did not provide any evidence supporting this, and while I will not provide direct evidence such as trade logs or chats with the buyer of the item, I will list the contextual clues from the conversation which shows why I think this is obviously false and why it seems to be deceptively retold.

firstly this retelling claims that he held the scythe for 'a few days', few can be as low as 2 days, however it is not specefic meaning that it could be 2 3 4 or 5. I believe this is purposefully vague.

in this collection of screenshots we note the scythe was obtained by nemesis on 5/22. On 5/23 nemesis says: 'I let you know wen sythe sell' this is problematic for 2 reasons

1. on 5/30/2021 nemesis replies to sir and says 'I had the scythe for 2 days' 'I sold it for what I payed 3.1' However you will see in the screenshots that there is a picture of nemesis in game character wielding said scythe( someone may argue that the scythe his character is holding is not the one that he was selling for sir, thankfully this retard just said above that he sold off his entire rs3 bank at the same time he sold the scythe so we know he didn't have another at that point or a later point in time) on the NIGHT time of 5/24 which would have been 2 days after obtaining which is the day he claims it was sold. this was the LAST message nem sent to sir that day and was at night time on the 24th. so at this point we know the scythe was not sold.


2. this means he has lied about when he sold it, and it means his statement made on the 23rd stating that he would notify sir when it was sold is also a lie as he waited until 5/30 to even claim that he had sold it. meaning even IF he HAD sold it on the 24th, he failed to notify sir about it until many follow ups leading up to the 30th


Clearly he is lying about when he sold it, and he didn't notify sir when he 'supposedly' sold it, which I feel was clearly done in bad faith. these are both major red flags and points to the fact that he is also probably lying about HOW MUCH he sold it for.


All of this doesn't even mention the fact that they were both under the impression that it WOULD be sold at a profit agreed upon between the two, and so even if had had sold it AT COST in GOOD FAITH and could prove it, that would still be a shit thing to do.

Overall he has lied during his account of the story on multiple occasions, not matching up with what he said in the screenshots of the conversation at any point. So clearly this was not a mistake and it was done in bad faith intentionally.

I literally said, I was at work. I told him to go grab it for me. As in he met my supplier.

I was on RS3 for a week. I had it and the black santa hat for a few days. I was waiting on one specific supplier to contact me when they had enough stock to swap the 25b RS3 I had. They messaged me on saturday saying they had stock. I sold the scythe for 3.1, the santa for 19.5b. Went back to 07. Thats it. Your evaluation of the 200M owed is complete speculation, as scythes where actively selling for 3.4-3.6

No I don't have proof. I had been trying to swap back to 07 but my supplier was out. They didn't have stock available when I had asked to swap. I was contacted by them on saturday saying they could get this done for me, so I sold both for a loss (potentially) and went back to 07.

-This item was being merched. It could have sold for 3.5. It could have sold for 4. It could have sold for 3. Either way its all based off his evaluation of the market. I do not understand how you are trying to use your word as some sort of proof, vicariously through spacegems.
"Sir" is actively harassing me on twitter, I put my discord to friends only. This doesn't validated the accusations you are making as far as a report on you or avoiding him. I didn't know it was him on twitter until he came into the name selling discord berating me there. It was then confirmed by the owner. This has been a terribly coordinated slander report.

 

Can you please explain how you reached this conclusion? I never agreed on any amount of anything. I said if i sold the scythe for profit, I would split it. He has been speculating at what it would potentially. I don't see how the amount of 200m is even valid since he is the one naming all the prices. I sold it for what I payed.
1. He does not even have a picture of us trading this scythe for 3.1b
2. "Sir" is actively harassing me on twitter, as confirmed by the discord owner he was flaming me in. I never blocked contact with him or spacegems. I put my discord on friends.
3. This has been a targeted attack across multiple platforms, I have shown pictures of me being flamed by him previous to his claims of me blocking him.
Again, we agreed on the scythe being sold for 3.1b+ and splitting that money.
