AML $215 BTC Scam when buying 500m OSRS

Explanation of the trade:
I had reached out to AML via discord through their scythe link to purchase 500m OSRS gp. We had agreed upon $0.43/mil through BTC payment when purchasing 500m OSRS and above. AML had given their BTC wallet for me to send the payment through and after confirmation, AML said he would meet at GE in world 330 to send the 500m osrs. After I had received the verification that the transaction was verified, confirmed, and sent through to them, I had pm'd them with no further reply. Then waited an hour to pm again asking if they had been afk and could send my 500m osrs without any reply. After 4 hours of not hearing anything back via discord, I started a Sythe conversation following up with the lack of replies, and 5 hours after that, I pm'd AML via discord again to find that I had been blocked.

How they scammed:
AML had advertised selling and buying of OSRS gp through discord. When sent a message asking to purchase 500m gp at $0.43/mil BTC, we agreed on the price and I sent the $215 BTC to the wallet that AML provided me with. I no longer received any further replies following sending payment up to 10 hours later even after multiple attempts to reach out to them via discord and Sythe conversations to find I was blocked on the last attempted discord pm.

I understand that I have just recently made a Sythe account, which was intended to message AML through their Sythe profile but is now used to report the scamming, but I have used Sythe for over a year to browse through various forums and advertisements. I really hope that this would not be something that would negatively impact my report of AML's profile scamming me out of my BTC.

AML's most Sythe post 3 hours after initially sending my BTC payment without hearing a reply which I tried to start a conversation with them after I had found he had been active since his last reply to me at 1:18pm CST

I'm assuming you mean the BTC blockchain transaction? If so:

Otherwise, the only transaction that was done was via cashapp BTC with the communication through discord which consisted of us agreeing on pricing and him letting me know to send my payment to his BTC wallet-
"Sure thing, here is my BTC address: 3H2wvvQyZuFfQRzkgfmEuc9Mqq2Bss5tbZ"
and him stating "Lmk once sent, and meet me w330 GE entrance... Brilliant, as soon as we see 1 confirmation I'll log in"
which he never logged in and never replied after I sent the payment.
