This is a follow up to someone else's dispute which was denied. I now have more evidence.

This was denied because the emails didnt match up, but I found a thread in which they do.

Hopefully this will be enough to get him banned. He is scamming people by using what I'm assuming are mostly if not all fake vouches. He has other disputes against him, but I'm not sure there's enough evidence, so I posted this.
