Typography Work #01

I experimented alot in Cinema 4D and Photoshop.

 

The reflection off of the rest of the words besides "botmau5" are really low quality, as are the subdivs on the backdrop; really grainy. If you rendered it at higher settings and took it into photoshop for some finishing (lens flairs, gaussian blurs, etc), I think it would come out a much higher quality image. Additionally, there's a weird blue-ish haze above "Botmau5", not sure what that's from, but it's bothering me. Other than that, very interesting design.

Of course, if you used something other than a 3D modeling program to create the geometrics of the image, then my CnC would be useless because I don't know how to increase the quality if you made it in illustrator or something; I see the "Ai" logo below "patagonia".. If that's the case then I'll just leave it at this: it's a really nice design, good job.

 

Thanks. This piece was put together in Illustrator, brought into Cinema 4D, and finished off in Photoshop.

 

I can tell you right now that the piece has the potential to look really good. Just work off of what MohtasaUnique has mentioned because there is really nothing else left for me to criticize xD

 

That's the Nylon LA typography concept if i'm not mistaken. It's been illuminated too much so i reckon the spread of the glow is too strong. The reflections are a bit too sketchy, and i think you have sharpened it in Photoshop? Either way, It's an excellent concept and you've done a good job to create your own template of the text and very nice placement of everything; i'd just fill in the gaps a tad more.
