    I know why im blocked i charged back like over a year ago. Anyways i contacted them via there support pannel. What are the odds they unlock me?

    Usually, though, when I REFUND, I get unblocked easily

    You can just purchase a prepaid card and buy it. If they have you blocked by IP somehow just use a free VPN.

    Use new paypal account, my paypal was blocked, I deleted it, made new, linked my visa and bought a bot, no problems.

    They say they block your ip and paypal all they do is the system puts your paypal email in do not sell column. Add an additional email to your paypal and confirm it and make it your primary then buy it.
