Inconclusive evidence

I was originally banned for posting malware when I had never done such and linked the administration to any possible "marked" files that may be considered malicious for review

Now I'm banned for ban evasion right after posting an appeal on an unregistered account, I'd like a proper explanation to the recent actions that have been taken as I believe they were made on a false premise

 

Several IP matches to Koshmar and additional proof through post habits & content. Denied.
