Current Item List

Hey everyone, I've been searching around and can't seem to find a current item list with id's. I'd like it to already be in SQL but if not I can deal with that.

I'll still be looking while waiting for a reply.

Noob question...
But how do I download it?

 

You don't need to download you just search for he item ID you need in search bar.

 

I need a full list of items with or without id's that I can download...
