    User on powerbot is selling codes to something called Redbox

    He has a decent amount of codes and they do not appear to be free

    One can only assume it's some sort of social engineering or possibly stolen codes since he's giving them free.

    These passes don't seem like anything that could be stolen/socially engineered. Also the fact that he has a limited amount makes me think that he got them legitimately.
