Briefly explain the trade: We trade account. I gave him my level 133 and 40m for his level 137.
How they scammed:The account he gave me had already been locked and i was unable to change the pass. His excuse was that i could not prove that it had been locked before i bought it. He then gave me false information for the account so i could not recover it. A little while later he sold the account to another person and changed the password altogether.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I added his sythe email to MSN. He had the name name that was on sythe.

Why you think they are ban evading: they have many vouches and i am new, i think this is why he can evade bans.

Anything else you can provide that might help: i don’t have much because i am very much new and this was sadly my first trade. That is why i went first.
